2. What repairs.pk is

repairs.pk is an online directory that lists home service professionals in Pakistan. We provide homeowners with information about professionals (ratings, reviews, services, contact details) and facilitate direct contact via WhatsApp.

repairs.pk is not a party to any contract, arrangement, or transaction between homeowners and professionals. We do not employ the professionals listed on our platform, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any service.

3. Homeowner responsibilities

• Verify the identity and qualifications of any professional before hiring
• Agree on price and scope of work before work begins
• Leave honest, accurate reviews based on your genuine experience
• Do not misuse the contact features on the platform

4. Professional responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your profile (name, trade, location, services)
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
• Hold any certifications or licences required by Pakistani law for your trade
• Do not list false reviews or attempt to manipulate your rating
• Do not use repairs.pk to spam or solicit users

5. Content and reviews

All content you submit to repairs.pk — including reviews, profile information, and messages — must be accurate and lawful. You must not submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of any law. repairs.pk reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The repairs.pk name, logo, design, and all original content on this platform are owned by repairs.pk and may not be reproduced without written permission. Professional profiles submitted by users remain the property of the submitting user.

7. Limitation of liability

repairs.pk is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, repairs.pk is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions between homeowners and professionals.

8. Termination

repairs.pk may suspend or remove any listing or user account at any time if these terms are violated. Professionals may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting us at hello@repairs.pk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of repairs.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of repairs.pk after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
