- Professionals registering a profile: We collect your name, trade, city, working areas, services offered, WhatsApp number, and optionally a profile photo and business address.
- Contact and WhatsApp messages: We retain messages for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

- To display your professional profile to homeowners searching for your trade
- To allow homeowners to contact you directly via WhatsApp
- To respond to your enquiries and support requests
- To improve the directory and detect fraud or abuse
- To send service-related communications where you have opted in (not marketing)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only as required to operate the service (hosting, analytics) and as required by Pakistani law.
