Why we built this
Our AC broke down in July in Lahore. We asked everyone we knew for a recommendation and got six different names — none with reviews, none with prices, and most didn’t pick up the phone.
We spent two days calling around. We paid upfront. The job was done badly and we had no way to leave a review or warn anyone else. That experience is the reason repairs.pk exists.
We built a directory where every professional is rated by real customers. Where you can see their working hours, their services, and their prices before you call. And where the contact happens directly on WhatsApp — no middleman taking a cut, no hidden platform fees.
